Redesign and transform the internally used employee Intranet to reflect the new Axos brand. The existing platform was clunky, outdated, and unhelpful to employees.

The redesign
My tasks:
To keep all data and sections that exist in the old intranet but make it look clean and modern while following the new Axos brand guidelines
Come up with new additions or features that employees will like to see and use
Internal interviewing
Quick, 15 minute sessions with employees from different business units to gain ideas and insights around new additions and areas of improvement
